Ray

Ray has a broken back. The doctor who took X rays before they left said he had some inflammation and would be fine to go on the cruise. He was WRONG. Ray has suffered for 6 weeks with a broken back because of a doctor's ...what...laziness?...incompetence?

Poor Ray.

    Call the patient relations/quality dept at the facility where he was misdiagnosed. The case will get reviewed and put on that Dr's record, plus they should take some steps (including an apology)to make amends. ~April

    Thanks for the voice of experience. Mom has talked to them and asked the doctor to call Ray and apologize...we'll see...
